Las familias Eriophyidae, Phytoptidae y Diptilomiopidae (superfamilia Eriphyoidea) no se incluyen dentro de Trombidiformes en este listado, a partir de Bolton <em>et al. <\/em>(2023), quienes concluyen que a\u00fan no es definitivo si Eriphyoidea es un tax\u00f3n hermano de Nematalycidae o si se encuentra dentro de este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00famero de taxones en Chile: <\/strong>1.100 aprox.
