De Villalobos <em>et al. <\/em>(2005) no aceptan a <em>Gordius chilensis <\/em>Blanchard, 1849 como una especie v\u00e1lida, debido a que fue mal descrito -sobre la base de escaso material de referencia que se ha perdido- y corresponde, probablemente, a  <em>Gordius austrinus<\/em>, especie que ellos describieron. R\u00f6mer (1895) cit\u00f3 a <em>Gordius aquaticus<\/em> (Linneus 1758) para Valpara\u00edso en base a un ejemplar hembra, sin embargo, esta especie es completamente pale\u00e1rtica, por lo que no se encuentra en Chile; dicho ejemplar fue asignado a <em>G. robustus <\/em>por De Villalobos <em>et al. <\/em>(2005).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Gordiidae<\/strong>&nbsp;de Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Chile habitan tres especies de g\u00f3rdidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00famero de taxones en Chile:&nbsp;<\/strong>3 (especies v\u00e1lidas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Gordius austrinus<\/em> De Villalobos, Zanca &amp; Ibarra-Vidal, 2005<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Gordius paranensis<\/em> Camerano, 1892<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Gordius robustus <\/em>Leidy, 1851<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Referencias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De Villalobos, C., Zanca, F. &amp; Ibarra-Vidal, H.
