Recuperado el [inserte fecha de consulta] de [URL].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Lepismatidae<\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;Latreille, 1802<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>Lepismatidae<\/strong> son una familia de insectos del orden Zygentoma, distribuida ampliamente en distintas regiones del mundo y representada por numerosas especies tanto de ambientes naturales como asociados al ser humano. Se trata de zigentomos de cuerpo alargado y aplanado, cubierto de escamas, con antenas largas y tres filamentos caudales bien desarrollados. Dentro del grupo se encuentran varias de las especies m\u00e1s conocidas del orden, incluyendo formas sinantr\u00f3picas que habitan viviendas, bodegas, bibliotecas, museos y otros espacios cerrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia de otras familias de zigentomos m\u00e1s ligadas a microh\u00e1bitats espec\u00edficos, los Lepismatidae destacan por su notable capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n y por la frecuente presencia de especies en ambientes dom\u00e9sticos o alterados. Muchas de ellas se alimentan de sustancias ricas en almidones, celulosa, restos org\u00e1nicos o materiales de origen vegetal y animal, por lo que algunas pueden ocasionar da\u00f1os en papel, cart\u00f3n, textiles, encuadernaciones y productos almacenados. Debido a ello, la familia posee inter\u00e9s tanto desde el punto de vista zool\u00f3gico como en el \u00e1mbito del manejo de plagas urbanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lepismatidae&nbsp;de Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lepismatidae se encuentra representada en Chile por siete especies; la primera de ellas se sustenta en un registro antiguo de <em>Ctenolepisma (Ctenolepisma) lineatum lineatum<\/em>, zigentomo que habr\u00eda sido introducido en el pa\u00eds, aunque hoy en d\u00eda existen dudas sobre este registro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda especie es <em>Lapidisma annectens<\/em>, el \u00fanico zigentomo descrito como end\u00e9mico de la isla Robinson Crusoe, en el archipi\u00e9lago Juan Fern\u00e1ndez.
